023, audio-visual partner for HP’s Global Summit in Majorca07/05/2014
This is not the first time in this blog that we have commented on Hewlett-Packard projects, but this time we wanted to explain something different to you; something which takes our collaboration as HP’s audio-visual partners a step further.
Together with the fantastic marketing team at Large Format Graphics, in 023 we put all our talent into creating an audio-visual experience to present HP’s latest products to sales offices around the world.
This was a huge challenge which saw us immersed for more than four months in the design and production of a two-day macro event whose main stage is none other than the auditorium in the city of Palma de Mallorca.
Our challenge was global: from developing a visual concept and contents that would give continuity to and package the event through to designing a stage that would generate a true experience for the audience.
All of this involved the joint work of copywriters, scriptwriters, art directors, motion graphics artists and numerous technical teams to manage all the filming, video editing, postproduction, etc. And a stage direction so that the audience could enjoy an immersive, attractive and surprising experience.
The culmination was a video mapping installation during the Gala dinner held at an old Majorcan farmstead, which for several moments was transformed into a door to the future going beyond the limits of technology.
