Think.
A ground-breaking product needs a ground-breaking virtual event. For the launch of the HP Latex 700/800 Printer Series, we reinvented the traditional, in-person event by taking it to an immersive virtual world where a presenter guides us on a journey to meet a series of speakers who share their insights on the market, the product and the technology.

Create.
We created a complete, virtual event set from scratch in CGI, while our content team worked side-by-side with the HP speakers to structure and develop their presentations and identify moments in which to give the audience unique perspectives only possible in our virtual world. The entire process was done in-house, ensuring the art direction and production were fully aligned with the event content.

Produce.
We combined a green-screen studio shoot with live-action shoots on location in Barcelona and other worldwide locations (Stuttgart, Dubai, Buenos Aires, and Singapore). Extensive CGI production and post-production were required to create the virtual world and integrate it with the footage we shot. We produced multiple localized versions for markets around the world to ensure maximum reach.
