Virtual Product Launch for HP DesignJet and HP PageWide XL

ENGAGE HP’S SALESFORCE THROUGH AN IMAGINATIVE ONLINE EVENT

HP tasked us with creating an exciting virtual product launch for two new printer series: the HP DesignJet Z Pro series for professional photo printing and the HP PageWide XL Pro series, which prints color posters and boards at high production speeds. The objective? Engage HP’s salesforce with reasons to believe in these brand-new products.

Create.
And when it comes to printing, seeing is believing. We knew from the start that real, colorful printed applications had to be the stars of this launch, and we developed a real and colorful world to match. While our scriptwriting team set to work defining the event content and flow, our set designers and art direction team designed a color-coded set in which the prints, props, actors, printers, and presenters could interact to create magical and surprising moments.

Produce.
Actors cast, bespoke set built, props bought, script finalized, printers installed and over 50 bespoke prints printed, it was time to shoot. Directed by Manuel Rodriguez, our 15-strong production team shot the event over 4 days to deliver an exciting, entertaining, and very colorful product launch.
